The special sale applies to regularly priced merchandise in the Jhane Barnes Online Store (www.jhanebarnesonline.com) only. It may not be combined with any other offer. The special sale offer is valid only for orders placed on 7/19/2010 within the Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific timezones of the United States. The special sale is only available using a coupon code that is displayed to the public on the Jhane Barnes page on Facebook. The special sale offer is not valid on previous purchases nor for the purchase of gift cards. For online orders enter the coupon code during checkout to receive the special offer. Limit of one purchase (which may contain multiple items) per customer using the coupon code (e. g., this is a single use coupon). Quantities of merchandise are limited. Size Information

Jhane's "Traditional Fit" is the classic fit Jhane is best known for. It is the fuller cut in her collection. Jhane's Digital and Rhedux lines are both a trimmer, more contemporary fit.

The following tables show the "Traditional Fit" sizes. As noted below, the Rhedux and Digital lines are approximately 2 inches smaller in the chest and and seat. Please make note of which type of item you are purchasing so you know which sizing system to use. Note that the first appearance of "Digital" items will be for Fall 2009.

Body Measurements for "Traditional Fit"

Measure your neck where your collar normally sits. Measure your chest an inch or two below your arms, or where you are biggest. Measure your sleeve starting at the center of the back of your collar, measure straight over to the top of your shoulder, and then proceed down the outside of your arm to your wrist. That total distance is your sleeve length.

Body Measurements for Digital and Rhedux

Jhane's "Rhedux" and "Digital Print" shirts (Slim Fit Sport Shirts) measure aproximately 2" slimmer through the chest, and accordingly slimmer through the waist and the seat, than our Traditional fit sport shirt. Use the table above, but deduct approximately 2 inches from the chest measurement.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are for the Jhane Barnes Online! store only. They are not accepted in the "jbxtras" outlet store.

Shipping

"Ground" shipping includes United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service shipping. Shipping within the continental United States ("lower 48") will be by United Parcel Service. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or the United Kingdom, shipping will be via the United States Postal Service. For all other international destinations, you will be offered "International Shipping" on the Delivery Information page as you check out, and we will send you a separate e-mail with the actual charges. If you wish to ship to a Post Office box within the United States, we will ship via USPS. This will delay your shipment by up to a week. Shipments within the continental United States are usually shipped within 48 hours. Shipments to all other destinations will take at least a week, and usually longer.

Returns

All online purchases must be returned/exchanged as instructed below. They cannot be returned to a retail store.
A return authorization number is required. Packages without a RA number on the outside of the package will be refused and no credit issued.
Return information is shown on the packing slip included in your shipment. If this is not available, please email cs@jhanebarnes.com or call 1-888-666-8254 for a replacement.

Processing time:

Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 30 days for the credit to post to your credit card account. Depending on your bank, it may take one to two business cycles for the transaction to post to your statement.

Procedure:

We recommend you insure your package and request delivery confirmation.
You are required to include your name, address, phone number, and RA number inside the package.

Returns:

Returns will be accepted for unworn merchandise only.
We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding shipping fees unless we have made an error with your order.
Refunds will only be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of the original purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be accepted for unworn merchandise only.
Exchanges will only be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of the original purchase.
Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance due or owed.
We won't charge you for shipping the new item (This applies to our standard shipping method. Expedited shipping will have an additional charge.)
If applicable (a balance is due), your credit card will be charged at the time of transaction.

Conditions of Sale

Jhane's designs are limited editions. Only a few hundred of each shirt or sweater are produced. And, Jhane never repeats designs or styles. So once a style is gone, it is gone for good.

Therefore, there are limited quantities of the styles offered for sale, and no "rainchecks."

Regular prices are offering prices only and may or may not have resulted in sales.

Affiliate Stores

Most items ordered through this online store are shipped from our warehouse in Minneapolis. However, if we are out of stock, we will arrange to process your order though one of our affiliate stores. In such cases, we will forward your personal data to that affiliate so that they may process your order.

If an affiliate handles your order, your merchandise may arrive in several separate shipments. We will contact you with full details.
