Remember the Accordion pleated shirts
we did for years? Well, that gave us the idea to try that same
technique in ties. It wasn't as easy as the shirt since the
pleats can't move in the tie! After a lot of trial and error
we came up with a way to secure the tie. It's all done in
the way the back of the tie is sewn. The effect is so 3D
and since the ties are printed first and then pleated, the
prints get broken up in interesting ways.
These are the most exciting ties we've done in a long time. Hope
it was worth the wait!
